PLANNING STUDIO PROJECTS

The Planning Studio leads the thoughtful design of Atlanta on all scales – from the entire city to our commercial districts, mixed-use corridors, and residential neighborhoods. The Planning Studio is an interdisciplinary group dedicated to creating plans that can lead to better practices, better decision-making, and a more equitable city. In our plans, we work with community members and partners to consider the infrastructure, streets, blocks, and buildings that make up the pattern of everyday places and how these places develop and change over time. Together, we propose creative solutions to the most urgent challenges facing Atlantans—mobility, housing, safety, and sustainability, to name a few.
