In celebration of Black Music Month, the Department of City Planning (DCP), in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Film, Entertainment, and Nightlife (AMOFEN), is hosting a special event with conversations around Chronicling Stankonia: The Rise of the Hip-Hop South with the author Dr. Regina N.
